This next Question Interpretation (QI) assignment is another round of Stand-Alone Question (SAQ) + Rule In, Rule Out (RIRO).

Note that this is a more advanced skill and works BEST when practiced in conjunction with the others. It should NOT be your main focus, but rather be used as a way to enhance your QI skills.
