YOUSMLE COURSE LIBRARY — ACCESS & RECURRING SUBSCRIPTION AUTHORIZATION

My current Yousmle coaching program includes access to the Yousmle Course Library for the duration of my program term as set forth in my Client Services Agreement. By providing my payment information below, I am authorizing continued access to the Yousmle Course Library at the rate set out below following the expiration of my program term.

By checking this box, I acknowledge and agree that:

No charge today. My credit card will NOT be charged today. My current 28 days of Yousmle Course Library access are already pre-paid and are included as part of my coaching program.
$1,562.34 at the end of my pre-paid period. To keep Yousmle Course Library access after that period ends, my card will be automatically charged $1,562.34 at the end of my current 28-day pre-paid period. That is the $1,500 rate plus credit card processing fees, and $1,562.34 is the full amount that will appear on my statement.
28-day billing cycle, renewing until cancelled. This is set up as a recurring 28-day subscription (a 28-day cycle, approximately 13 cycles per year — not a calendar month), so it bills $1,562.34 every 28 days until it is cancelled. Yousmle will cancel it following my final scheduled payment, and I can cancel it myself at any time as described below.
Easy cancellation. I can cancel the recurring Yousmle Course Library subscription at any time by navigating to “My Account” and selecting “Cancel” under “Membership Type.” Cancellation will allow me to retain Yousmle Course Library access through the end of my current paid period, after which no further billing or access will occur. Canceling the Yousmle Course Library subscription does not affect any obligations I may have under my Client Services Agreement with Yousmle LLC.
Independent subscription. This Yousmle Course Library subscription is separate from and independent of my Client Services Agreement with Yousmle LLC. My coaching program obligations, including any outstanding payment obligations, remain in full force regardless of whether I cancel this subscription.
Rate changes. Yousmle LLC reserves the right to modify the subscription rate upon 30 days’ written notice. Any modified rate will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle following the notice period.
