YOUSMLE COURSE LIBRARY — ACCESS & RECURRING SUBSCRIPTION AUTHORIZATION

My current Yousmle coaching program includes access to the Yousmle Course Library for the duration of my program term as set forth in my Client Services Agreement. By providing my payment information below, I am authorizing continued access to the Yousmle Course Library at a discounted rate following the expiration of my program term.

  1. No charge now. My credit card will NOT be charged during my active coaching program term. Yousmle Course Library access during this period is included as part of my coaching program.
  2. Automatic billing after program term. To maintain Yousmle Course Library access after my coaching program term expires, my card will be automatically charged $997 every 28 days (approximately 13 billing cycles per year — this is a 28-day cycle, not a calendar month). My first renewal charge will occur at the end of my coaching program term, and billing will continue every 28 days thereafter until I cancel.
  3. Easy cancellation. I can cancel the recurring Yousmle Course Library subscription at any time by navigating to “My Account” and selecting “Cancel” under “Membership Type.” Cancellation will allow me to retain Yousmle Course Library access through the end of my current paid period, after which no further billing or access will occur. Canceling the Yousmle Course Library subscription does not affect any obligations I may have under my Client Services Agreement with Yousmle LLC.
  4. Independent subscription. This Yousmle Course Library subscription is separate from and independent of my Client Services Agreement with Yousmle LLC. My coaching program obligations, including any outstanding payment obligations, remain in full force regardless of whether I cancel this subscription.
  5. Rate changes. Yousmle LLC reserves the right to modify the subscription rate upon 30 days’ written notice. Any modified rate will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle following the notice period.
